Partnerships Director


We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Director to join our senior team in order to grow Salesfire and our product offering into 2023 and beyond.

The part you'll play

  • Managing our partnerships function, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Identify, create, and scale customer acquisition campaigns across several new and established partnerships pipelines. 
  • Identifying emerging opportunities and industry shifts while being fully aware of new products and state of competition.
  • Agree the forecasts and annual sales targets for regions and project expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each key partnership and their respective manager; projecting expected sales volume and profit.

The skills you'll need

  • Strong experience in managing, coaching and leading a team of Partnership Managers and Partnership Executives. 
  • Experience within digital marketing, B2B and B2C eCommerce.
  • An analytical approach in leveraging data to quickly and effectively help make business critical decisions.
  • Commercially aware and confident in providing accurate forecasting to the rest of the senior team. 
  • Experienced in establishing products internationally and scaling teams in order to support this.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and completely comfortable in engaging with stakeholders across the business.
